Participant Registration

Signing up for the Shamrock Wrestling Club can be done at any time throughout the season.  First year wrestlers with the club must also supply a copy of the participant's birth certificate.  Other necessary forms are available at the links below.  Please note that the cost of the USA Wrestling Card is included in the club registration fee of $140.  You do not need to pay for that separately.  All forms and the registration fee can be brought to practice and turned in to Coach Joe Moore. Simply print out and complete the forms and bring them to a Sign-up or to practice.  We will submit the forms to the proper place.
