SWC Tourney Preparation/Setup

This week we will be hosting our Tournament on Sunday, January 3rd, 2010. Parents should show up on Saturday, January 2nd at 2PM to help set up mats, tables, chairs, scales, and then again, Sunday morning at 6AM to finish up set up and get ready for the 6:30AM weigh-ins. There is lots to be done before Sunday, so we need as much participation as possible. This tournament not only allows us to showcase our wrestlers and facilities, but also serves as our "Fundraiser." Throughout the tournament Sunday, there will be many small tasks for people to do, so bring along your family and friends to help out. We will especially need help in the bull-pen, setup and cleanup.
