Advanced Wrestler Practices Begin This Week

As we turn our focus now to the end of the year competitions, Regionals, Sectionals, and State, we will add a Wednesday evening practice for our more experienced wrestlers. This is typically offered for 9 year olds and older who have wrestled for a couple of years who will benefit from some advanced technique and training. Due to the higher intensity of these practices, we will wrestle from 6PM until 7:30PM on Wednesdays. Tuesday and Thursday practices will remain open to all wrestlers and will retain the same format (6PM - 7:15PM for 8 and under with Coach Frank, and 6PM - 8PM for all others in the room). As the season progresses, some wrestlers may be invited to join the Wednesday group, while others may be asked to sit out this practice. We will assemble the initial group of participants on Tuesday's practice so those wrestlers can plan to be there on Wednesday.
